Honoring Moms and One Another

Love is the defining mark of a follower of Jesus. Romans 12 reminds us that love must be sincere, intentional, and lived out through humility, hospitality, prayer, encouragement, and care for others. Pride and selfishness pull us away from the heart of God, but when we cling to the love of Jesus, it changes the way we endure hardship, serve others, and build relationships. God often uses people - especially mothers, mentors, and spiritual caregivers - to reflect His love and bring healing, direction, and hope into our lives. As we experience the love of Christ for ourselves, we are called to share that same love with the people around us in a way that makes Jesus visible to the world.
